1. Negative pressure filling

negative pressure filling can also be divided into double cylinder low vacuum filling, single cylinder low vacuum filling and double cylinder low vacuum quantitative filling. The advantages of negative pressure filling are: the filling valve has a simple structure, no filling without bottles, and no filling for damaged bottles, which greatly reduces the wine damage. For the quantity of wine, the first two methods use the height positioning of the wine surface, that is, to control the distance from the wine surface to the bottle mouth, and the latter is the volume positioning. The main structural feature of double cylinder low vacuum is that the wine cylinder is lower than the bottle. Its filling principle is: the bottle is sealed with the wine valve, and the exhaust pipe exhausts air from the bottle. After a certain negative pressure is formed in the bottle, the atmosphere presses the wine in the wine cylinder into the bottle. If the bottle is damaged, the bottle cannot form a vacuum, so it will not be filled. The main structure of single cylinder low vacuum is that the wine jar is higher than the bottle, and its filling principle is; The bottle is sealed with the wine valve, and the air extraction pipe begins to extract air from the bottle. After a certain negative pressure is formed in the bottle, the wine liquid flows into the bottle by its own weight. If the bottle is damaged, the bottle cannot form a vacuum. Although the wine valve has been opened, the wine liquid will not flow out of the wine valve under atmospheric pressure, so it will not be filled

2. Normal pressure filling

is also called gravity filling. Its main structural feature is that the wine jar is placed above the bottle, and the filling valve is installed at the circumferential position below the wine jar. When filling, the bottle is first sealed with the wine valve, and then the wine valve is pushed open. The liquid in the wine jar flows into the bottle by its own weight, and the air in the bottle is discharged to the upper part of the wine jar through the exhaust pipe. When the liquid level blocks the exhaust pipe, The impact strength of the bottle can reach 45.7kj/m2, and the air inside is no longer discharged, so the filling stops. The quantitative method of this filling machine is liquid level positioning, which has the advantage of no filling without bottles

3. Quantitative cup filling

also known as volumetric filling. From the structure of quantitative cup, it can be divided into open quantitative cup, semi closed quantitative cup and fully closed quantitative cup. Compared with the fixed level filling, the quantitative cup filling improves the filling accuracy because it is not affected by the bottle shape error. Its filling principle is: when the bottle rises, the mouth of the bottle contacts the filling valve first, so that the valve core moves upward. In the process of moving, the wine inlet is closed first, and then the filling port is opened. The liquid flows into the bottle by its own weight, and the air in the bottle is discharged into the atmosphere from the mouth. After the bottle is filled, it begins to fall, and the valve core drops at the same time. First, close the filling port, and then open the wine inlet, and wait for the next filling process after the wine is full. The filling principle of the open quantitative cup is: the bottle rises, the quantitative cup is held out of the liquid level of the wine cylinder, and then the outlet is opened to make the liquid flow into the bottle. After filling, the bottle drops, the outlet is closed, and the quantitative cup then disappears into the wine, so that the liquid fills the quantitative cup, waiting for the next filling process. The filling accuracy of open quantitative cup and semi closed quantitative cup is generally ± 0.5%. The filling accuracy of the fully closed quantitative cup newly developed by Xinxiang light machinery has been further improved, and the average error is no more than ± 0.15% after testing, which is much higher than the national standard. 4. Plunger filling

is another form of quantitative cup filling, which is mainly suitable for the filling of liquids with high viscosity, and the quantitative accuracy is high; Its filling principle is: in the non filling station, the plunger moves upward to suck the liquid into the plunger cylinder, and in the filling station, the plunger moves downward to inject the liquid into the bottle. According to this principle, as long as the diameter and stroke of the plunger cylinder are determined, the liquid capacity similar to human beings is also determined

5. Siphon filling

is relatively rare in China. The outlet of its wine valve is lower than the liquid level of the wine tank. The filling volume is determined by the height of the liquid level of the wine tank. The liquid needs to be sucked out during the first filling. When the formal filling begins, the wine bottle opens the valve, and the liquid is injected into the bottle by siphoning. When the liquid level in the bottle and the liquid level of the wine tank remain at a level, the filling ends, the bottle drops, and the lower mouth is closed at the same time, so that the wine is sealed in the wine pipe. It will not return to the cylinder, but the filling accuracy of the machine is affected by the liquid level of the wine cylinder, and it is easy to drip or return wine when the seal is not tight

6. Flow rate filling

is a simple filling equipment. Its filling principle is: the liquid flows to the wine receiving plate at a certain speed, and the wine receiving plate is composed of a rotating body evenly divided and rotated at a uniform speed according to the filling valve. According to the above structure, the amount of liquid flowing into each valve area is equal, and then flows into the bottle. The adjustment of filling quantity is also very convenient, that is, changing the liquid flow rate or changing the rotation speed of the wine receiving plate. Its biggest advantage is simple structure, filling width without relative movement, and its biggest disadvantage is that there are bottles without bottles, and the wine loss is high

the vast majority of Baijiu filling machines are rotary filling. As more and more people begin to seek cars with energy conservation and emission reduction, excellent effect, longer service life and higher "appearance value", it is easier to realize stable and uniform continuous production for rotation. Linear filling belongs to intermittent production, which is more beneficial to the filling of special-shaped bottles. The semi-automatic filling machine is mainly for special-shaped bottles, so it is inconvenient to use the full-automatic filling machine, so it uses manual bottle loading and unloading for production. In addition, the semi-automatic filling structure is relatively simple, so the price is low. The automatic filling machine includes automatic bottle feeding and filling. Automatic bottle discharge, automatic control of the liquid level in the wine jar, and automatic shutdown in case of failure, so as to carry out continuous production. Some filling with a higher degree of automation can automatically adjust the speed according to the number of bottles, and the non failure shutdown can be automatically started, which further reduces the labor intensity of workers and increases the reliability of normal operation

there are no more than two ways for the above various filling machines to quantify the liquid bottling: one is the quantification of the liquid level height. The liquid level height of the wine filled by this quantitative method is consistent and looks good, but the amount of filling liquid is greatly affected by the bottle. The other is the quantitative cup. The quantitative quantity of wine packed in this way is relatively accurate, but the liquid level height is inconsistent due to the bottle problem, which is a considerable contradiction. In order to achieve both quantitative accuracy and liquid level height consistency, it is necessary to improve the manufacturing quality of bottles, otherwise it is difficult to achieve

at present, there are thousands of bottles used for Baijiu filling in China. Generally, the price of raw materials has risen, especially the price of cobalt has soared, and there is a phenomenon of low quality, such as: the bottles are irregular, the bottle mouth deviates from the center, the inner diameter of the bottle mouth is small, the height difference of the bottles is large, and the thickness of the bottle wall is uneven, all of which pose a threat to the normal use of filling equipment. In order to enable the filling equipment to work normally under these abnormal conditions, it is necessary to choose a filling machine with elastic bottle holders that can automatically stop in case of failure, or equipment with other methods to avoid this situation, so as to reduce the occurrence of accidents and ensure the normal operation of the filling machine, which brings the reason for suppressing the powder in the steel plant
