Due to the large area of empty roof, the roof is broken, and the upper slope of the upper roadway in the fully mechanized mining face is broken, the support effect is not good, There are many experimental machines used for springs, so we are too familiar with the exploration of springs to effectively control the roof and reduce labor intensity. Combined with the actual situation on the site, we decided to install an additional hydraulic support and scraper frame on the end of the working face, and specially formulated the following safety technical measures:

1. The continuous traction winch, steel wire rope, transportation signal and other facilities on the roadway of 12205 fully mechanized mining face are comprehensively inspected by the comprehensive mining team, and the unqualified parts are handled or replaced in time. The tail wheel of the continuous traction winch must be fixed with a pressure bar. Please check whether the computer is installed with a printer
2. The fully mechanized mining team is responsible for the comprehensive inspection of the upper roadway detour of 12205 fully mechanized mining face, the upper roadway track and roadway height of the fully mechanized mining face, and timely deal with the unqualified parts
3. The mechanical and electrical team comprehensively inspected the winch and steel wire rope of the East auxiliary inclined shaft. It is required that the dynamic braking is reliable, the signal is sensitive and reliable, and the steel wire rope meets the standard requirements
4. Special tools and instruments used:
a set of binding support fixtures, 4 s hooks, 4 shackles, 2 5T guide chains, 2 18.5 wire rope buckles, and a 30t flat car with support
III. loading, unloading and transportation
1. The support is transported from the fully mechanized mining equipment warehouse to the wellhead of the East auxiliary inclined shaft by 8t electric locomotive. When entering the shaft, the tail beam of the support is in front and the front beam is behind, and it is bound firmly with fixtures and guide chains as required
2. Transportation route: East auxiliary inclined shaft → 1265m parking lot → upper roadway bypass of 12205 fully mechanized mining face → upper roadway of 12205 fully mechanized mining face → upper end of 12205 fully mechanized mining face
3. When transporting the support into the well, the winch of the East auxiliary inclined shaft must be braked by power, and the speed must be controlled within 0.5m/s. The winch driver must be a skilled worker and work with a certificate
4. After the support truck is transported underground to the 1265m yard, use the 8t battery electric locomotive to pull it to the continuous traction winch yard in the detour of the upper roadway of 12205 fully mechanized mining face and stop it steadily. Other routes are transported by sq110 continuous traction winch of the upper roadway of the fully mechanized mining face
5. When lowering the support at the upper roadway of 12205 fully mechanized mining face, the "one slope and three blocks" and other safety facilities here must be carefully checked, and transportation can be carried out only after they are qualified
