March 2009 will usher in the 30th anniversary of the founding of our association. I will be at the end of the 1970s in China's reform and opening up the east wind came into being. After 30 years of trials and tribulations, with the kind care and support of the party and the government, the care, careful cultivation and full support of the elders, scientific and technological elites, members and scientific and technological workers in China's instrumentation industry, we have learned to grow from small to large, from weak to strong.
